help with the day-to-day running of our 160 acre

On May 10th
2010 Dreamscape Ranch welcomed a new member to our
family - an orphaned colt who was found barely
clinging to life near Pinantan Lake.
When the
Veterinary Hospital called to see if we would
adopt and nurse him back to health we couldn't
say no.

Dreamscape's Owners
"Cola" and Lea Thorson.
Bud and Lea Thorson own Dreamscape Ranch. Both born and raised in West Vancouver,
British Columbia and, subsequent to raising their family,
Lea wished to follow her dream to own and run her own
Horse Ranch.
After a long search, we found a most unique property in
the British Columbia grasslands. Lea had learned through
the loss of a friend that we only live once and we
should follow our dreams. For this reason the first part
of our name is Dream. There are two meanings to the word
"Scape": One is the short form for "escape" and that's what
we have here - a great escape. Scape also means view or
vista - we have that and more! Hence the name of our
guest ranch is "Dreamscape".
"What we'd like to do
is extend an invitation to you,
to share in the life we enjoy here, be it for a weekend
or an extended stay. Come and relax in the beauty that
is Dreamscape!"
