There are two Western themed Guest Rooms with a large shared full guest bathroom in the Main House. You are encouraged to make full use of our dining and living areas for relaxing or socializing... please make yourself at home!

Each room has a queen size bed that can accommodate 2 Adults you may add one cot if you have a young child 3-12 (at an additional cost) or possibly 2 small children under 3 (we also have a playpen/ crib available for an additional cost). Please give us advanced notice if a cot or crib is required.

Any stays 2 nights or more must be upgraded to a "Ranch Stay" (includes all meals) there are no cooking or food storage facilities for guests in the main house and we are 30 min from town.

All weekly rates are for a Ranch Stay (all 3 meals included) only.

At Dreamscape Ranch we offer you a wonderful Bed and Breakfast (B&B) experience overlooking the rolling hills here in the grasslands outside of Kamloops in the Thompson Okanagan region of British Columbia (B.C.) Canada.

Get your morning off to an inspired start by enjoying a cup of tea or coffee on the sun-deck with only the sounds of the birds, horses and breeze in the trees to distract you. Follow that with a hearty home-cooked breakfast and the rest of the day is yours to conquer!

If you plan to stay for more than one night your booking option would be "Ranch Stay" because we do not offer any food preparation or storage in the main house. If you wish to do your own cooking, please look at our Chuckwagon. 

You can add riding for an additional cost $40 per hour per person for a horsemanship lesson on $35 per hour per person for a trail ride.

Booking information

$110.00 per night based on double occupancy, single occupancy $80.00 per night.

B&B rates only include breakfast, if interested in adding lunch and dinner and making it a "Ranch Stay" it is an extra $50.00 per day for adults and $25.00 per child 3-12 years, free for children 3 years and under. All stays will have an additional 5% Booking/Processing fee and 5% Tax added.

Here at Dreamscape our Guest Ranch Stay accommodation is a step up from traditional "Bed and Breakfast" because our "Guest Ranch Stay" is actually Bed and Breakfast... and Lunch... and Dinner! 

For guests who spend their time at the Ranch or the surrounding area (trail riding, hiking, etc.), our Guest Ranch Stay accommodation is much more practical and enjoyable because the nearest restaurant is a fair distance away. Another great reason to book our Guest Ranch Stay accommodation is the chance to have meals together... which is much more fun as it gives everyone a chance to get to know each other, share stories, and enjoy some good company!

We're ready and able to put together any holiday package you would like. At Dreamscape we offer a cozy detached Guest Cabin (Chuckwagon) as well as three Guest Rooms in the main ranch house, each with a western theme and all sharing the main bathroom. Wonderful home cooked meals are served looking out over the beautiful valley that makes Dreamscape such a great place to be. We will go out of our way to make your stay with us memorable.

for  you  and  your  horse

Choose from our "Guest Ranch Stay" or "Bed and Breakfast" accommodations.

Let us know what type of "accommodation" is required for your horse and we'll take care of it. We charge $15.00 a night to bed your horse which includes our local hay - the only thing we ask is, if you require specialized feed for your horse, you bring it with you. We also have a good sized riding arena, round pen, and hours and hours worth of trails to ride (complete with guides if needed).

What  about  pets

At Dreamscape Ranch we want you to be able to relax and feel right at home with us as well as our animals - which includes three dogs and three cats. Our dogs and cats are welcome in our home. We do our best to keep them out of the Guest Rooms but be aware if you have allergies. Our dogs are very friendly but children must be supervised when around all the animals. While we do not have a "no pets" policy for our guests, we do reserve the right to determine how suitable it might be for your pet to stay at the Ranch. This is done on a case-by-case basis, so please bring this to our attention prior to confirming your booking.

Please note: If you are permitted to bring your pet to the Ranch your pet must remain on Dreamscape Ranch property. In particular, dogs are not permitted to accompany guests or riders onto neighboring ranches or properties.

if  you  and  your  horse  like  our  ranch

If you and your horse enjoy your Bed and Bale experience and like what our ranch has to offer, perhaps you might consider lengthening your horse's holiday by boarding here for a few weeks, a month, or however long you like, and then you can come back to the Ranch whenever it's convenient for you to get back onto the trails and ride!

Better yet, bring some friends up with you and they can saddle up on our Ranch Horses so you can all go out and 'horse around' together! We have had several Bed and Bale guests enjoy do that very thing.

At Dreamscape we provide an environment where "a horse can be a horse" and benefit psychologically as well as physically. A quiet outdoor life with lots of pasture to graze in a safe social setting awaits your horse here at the Ranch... just as nature intended under our watchful eye.
