Your "Dude Ranch" Destination

If you ask ten people what a "Dude Ranch" is you might just get ten different answers, but a Dude Ranch is really just a type of ranch that provides accommodation for visitors and guests, which is considered to be a form of agricultural-tourism.

We're ready and able to put together a Dude Ranch experience just for you. Let's start with your accommodations: At Dreamscape we offer a traditional Bed and Breakfast but most guests prefer our Guest Ranch Stay accommodation because it includes all of your meals... and after all, having meals together is much more fun as it gives everyone a chance to get to know each other, share stories, and enjoy some good company!

We have a detached Guest Cabin as well as three Guest Rooms in the main ranch house, each with a Western theme. Wonderful home cooked meals are served looking out over the beautiful valley that makes Dreamscape such a great place to be. We will go out of our way to make your stay with us memorable.

Types of Accommodation We Offer

Guest Ranch Stay (bed and breakfast... and lunch... and dinner!).
Traditional Bed and Breakfast.
Bed and Bale - bring your horse with you on holiday ($15 per horse per day).
Working Holidays (learn about and participate in a working ranch).
Invite friends or relatives to dine with you at the Ranch (call for pricing).
Horseback riding packages/instruction available for our guests (charged separately from your accommodation rates).
Family rates available.

Horseback Riding, Trail Riding, Riding Instruction

At Dreamscape can provide our guests with horseback riding opportunities for a variety of abilities, so it doesn't matter if you're a first time rider or if you've been riding for years, we want your horseback riding experience to be a safe and happy one!

Trail ride (subject to rider ability): $30.00 per hour.
Horsemanship/Riding Lessons: $35.00 per hour.

Horseback Riding Policy

While we want everyone to have an enjoyable ranch experience, safety is our number one priority when it comes to horseback riding. Due to this Dreamscape Ranch has the following horseback riding policy in place:

All guests must sign a liability waiver before being permitted to work with the horses on the ground or in the saddle.
We reserve the right to require novice riders to take a Horsemanship/Riding Lesson before being permitted out on the trails.
Large and/or heavy people may not be able to ride if a horse of the appropriate size and temperament is not available.
We reserve the right to limit or restrict horseback riding for any reason which, in our judgment, may risk the safety of either the rider or horse.
Horseback/trail riding is provided for ranch guests only, and is not available for casual or 'drop in' visitors.

Cancellation Policy

Dreamscape is a small and intimate Guest Ranch, so cancellations can have a very negative impact on our business if we're not given enough time to acquire a replacement booking. Please ask for complete cancellation terms upon booking.
